Shawna Todd is the creator of Design Your Extraordinary Life™ and the founder of The Todd Group, LLC, a strategic communications consulting firm.

With Design Your Extraordinary Life™, you’ll breakthrough to the “core” of what you really want to do by digging deeper, discovering your passion and developing action plans.

Through “laboratory” workshops, Jump Groups and individual coaching, you define and achieve your goals. This proven formula has transformed lives and made dreams come true!

Prior to creating Design Your Extraordinary Life™ and founding The Todd Group, Shawna served in strategic communications leadership positions at Honeywell, ArvinMeritor and Rockwell Automation. During her corporate career, she led the development and implementation of internal and external communications.

Shawna earned a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Iowa, Iowa City, Iowa, and a Master’s degree in Mass Communication from Marquette University, Milwaukee, Wis. She is currently a doctoral candidate in the area of Organization Learning and Development at The University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
